The narrow gauge Golden Valley Light Railway will be operating during this event. Please note a separate fare is payable on this railway.
Get off the train at Swanwick Junction and explore the Museum Complex, where you will be able to visit the Matthew Kirtley Building (Railway Museum), Demonstration Signal Box, Victorian Railwayman’s Church, the West Shed and the Country Park. Other attractions may also be open. (Please note that this is not possible on the 3.20pm departure.)
Trains depart from Butterley at: 11.00am, 11.50am, 12.40pm, 2.00pm, 2.50pm & 3.45pm.
Trains return from Swanwick Junction at: 11.35am, 12.25am, 1.15pm, 2.35pm, 3.25pm & 4.00pm.
