Experience the way travel used to be with a train ride through the wonderful Derbyshire countryside on one of the Midland Railway – Butterley’s heritage Diesel Multiple Units. These headed trains have large windows and so there is an excellent view all round. Plus you can see into the cab and see the driver in action, as well as the track ahead.
Departures start from Butterley. You are welcome to take as many trips as you wish. Please ensure you keep your ticket safe.

Please note there is no access to Swanwick Junction over the February Winter Warmers.
