Cancelled bookings will not be refunded. However, with MORE than 10 day’s notice to your Santa date, we will endeavour to transfer your booking to another service. With LESS than 10 day’s notice, we will attempt to transfer you to another service and a £5.00 administration fee will be charged.
Please Note: – No refunds can be provided for visitors who fail to arrive at Butterley Station in time for the booked departure time of their Santa train.
Weather Warning – refunds will not be made if trains can operate.
Whilst every effort will be made to maintain the above services, the Midland Railway Trust Ltd. does not guarantee that train services will depart at the times stated and reserves the right to cancel, alter or suspend any train without notice. No liability for loss, inconvenience or delay can be accepted.
